Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully which are mandatory when enrolling into classes at Creative Dance Studios (Creative)

  1. Creative does not accept liability for personal injury to any student, adult participant, parent/ guardian or teacher participating in or observing a class
  2. Classes must be paid for on a termly basis and must be paid within one week of receipt of the invoice via bank transfer
  3. If your child can not attend then please contact the Principal directly on 07713756400 or info@creativedancestudios.co.uk and not via social media
  4. Half a term notice is due if you wish to withdraw your child from the school. If this is not given, then the next half term fees will be due
  5. Creative fees are reviewed annually and may be increased each year
  6. All students are required to pay a £10 registration fee. A 50% discounted rate is applied for all siblings
  7. All students must wear appropriate uniform and footwear for all classes. With each item clearly labelled with the students name
  8. Antisocial, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour in or around the studios will not be tolerated. And Creative reserves the right to remove students from class on a temporary or permanent basis with no refund applicable
  9. All Students must be collected on time after a class. Creative is unable to supervise students after a class and consistent late collection will result in additional charges
  10. A basic first aid kit is kept on the premises and staff members at Creative may administer basic first aid on students if necessary whilst a student is at the School. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and otherwise as set out in these terms, dance teachers and the School shall not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur and which are outside of our reasonable control
  11. If a student needs to take any of their own medication (whether self-administered or otherwise) whilst at the School we ask that parents/guardians to be available to administer the medication unless otherwise previously agreed with us. In any event, we cannot be held liable and accept no responsibility for administering such medication (and/or the effects of the same) and the students’ parent/guardian takes full responsibility
  12. All those attending the studios agree to not cause damage to the premises and report any faults to the Principal as soon as possible
  13. Creative does not accept responsibility and cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage of personal belongings or property whilst attending or observing a class or on the premises.
  14. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our students and parents/guardians. We may use your information to keep in touch with you by newsletter and other group / individual communications in line with our Privacy policy as shown on this website
  15. By agreeing to these terms you hereby consent to us taking photographs or video recordings of your child where appropriate, for educational and/or marketing purposes which may include usage on social media. You have the option to opt in/out of this on your registration form, and have the ability to change your consent option at any time
  16. Dance examinations are at the sole discretion of the School. And where we think your child should progress through examinations, you understand that it is likely for a student to attend extra lessons in preparation
  17. If an examination is not taken when offered by the school, it is at the sole discretion of the teacher whether the student remains at the same level and waits to take the examination in the next available session, or progresses to the next level without taking the examination
