  • Name of child/young person
  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • Medical conditions which may affect your ability to take part in class
  • Name of parent/guardian
  • Contact phone number
  • Contact email address

All of this data is required on registration to allow Creative to run classes and to contact the student, parent/guardian when necessary

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you via the registration form and is used for one of the following reasons:

  • For our own school records
  • For correspondence, updates and communication between school and students, parents/guardians to ensure we provide the best possible customer services
  • ISTD society, which is the official examination board for all dance exams taken at Creative

Any data you send over the internet is at your own risk and on receiving your data we have a secure system in place.
